I found this product very easy to install and to customize. Also it's full of features which other products in helpdesk don't support at all. I recommend this for any small/medium companies, also to manage work (it is so versatile which can be a valid and cheaper substitute of Jira).

Jakweb has an AWESOME product here for anyone operating a support system for their clients. YES, you need some tech knowledge to customize it.
